3rd week in I've have lost another 7.1 lbs, making my total weight loss 11.5 lbs total! Going in the right direction but I have a long journey to go. Didn't expect to see 7.1 this week but I'll take it. Thank you to everyone who supports me by posting on Facebook and "liking" my updates. It keeps me inspired and positive. You'll never fully know what something as little as that does for someone in my position. It feels great to have support.
Tomorrow is the big informational meeting about the bariatric surgery and my Dad has agreed to go with me. I'm super nervous because I feel partially "obligated" to be swayed to go through with this. But then again I keep thinking...it's my body, it's my choice, and I have the power to turn this around myself without surgery. Ugh! Choices.
