Breakfast is poured...

This morning I had a smoothie filled with tons of blueberries (Antioxidant Rich, Manganese, Fiber, and Vitamin C), greek yogurt, almond milk, and raw almonds.  Yum!  Tastes good and GREAT for you.  Having a salad for lunch and maybe some homemade stew.  But getting a workout in before lunch with my dear ole' Dad. 

Thinking I'll come home and meditate, get some paperwork done, look for some jobs, and then who knows!  Staying busy, staying positive, and being healthy.  Got to love it.  The ultimate test was last night (Super Bowl party at my Aunt Karen's house) as I was tempted by soooo many delicious things, including my favorite chicken and dumplings.  BUT I resisted and had a big green salad!  Wooohooo!  Will power is getting stronger.  I did have some cake for dessert last night, but in moderation it is ok.
